RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

  • No Returns (Food Safety): As we manufacture premium consumable goods, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges once dispatched. All sales are final.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives physically damaged by the courier, do not consume it. Email support@milletculture.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged box and pouch. We will dispatch a free replacement within 2 business days.
  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched from our facility.
